This is the property state, real estate website, and we want to manage his properties from chatbot that will be inside the website, right there, bottom right side, okay. I just created a chatbot for my client. Type is townhouse. Next it just find for the property and send it to. Okay, we have some townhouse. This is townhouse one, this is the price, and these are the details. Townhouse two and townhouse three. Search properties, so it will search the properties that are for client, or even if it is not client, he want to buy some properties, so he can search the properties. This will run, and this will just get the properties from database live, and it will get the properties by matching the records values. These are top, and you can ask me again.

Before and after
Before
Buyers asked about homes, schools and golf after hours, and nobody was at the desk.
Buyers asked after hours, and nobody searched for them.
After
The chat sends three live listings from that agency only.
What we built
- Plain words in. A buyer types something like "a townhouse near the coast". The chat builds the search.
- Live listings out. It searches the agency's listing database and sends the top three with price and details.
- Knows the area. It also answers from the agency's own guides: schools, golf courses and the market.
- Owners ask too. Logged-in owners can ask about their own properties.
- Every chat saved. The contact is saved and the agency's email flow starts.

What broke and how we fixed it
What broke
One platform serves many agencies. A buyer must never see another agency's homes.
How we fixed it
Every search is locked to the agency whose site the buyer is on.
