Yes. We connect via Shopify's webhook and API, no changes to your storefront. You don't need a developer on your end. We handle all the integration work.
Depends on the 3PL. Most major 3PLs (ShipBob, ShipStation, etc.) have APIs we can connect to. For 3PLs with no API, we typically work around it using email parsing or a shared spreadsheet that both systems read from.
We build confidence thresholds into every AI agent. If the agent's confidence in a response is below a defined threshold, it escalates to a human instead of answering. You set the threshold. We also build a review mechanism so you can see all AI responses and flag training issues.
Tool costs scale with volume (VAPI is per-minute; Make.com is per-operation), but these are typically small relative to the build cost. We'll give you a full breakdown of ongoing costs at the scoping stage so you can plan for seasonality.
