Parasail operator: every rider signs a waiver before payment unlocks

A parasail business ran on paper waivers at the stand and a third-party booking site. Now riders book online, each one signs a waiver with a selfie, and payment stays locked until every rider has signed.

What we built

  • A waiver per rider. Adult and minor versions, each with a selfie. Payment stays locked until all sign.
  • Booking by time window. Date, window, package and riders, from one link per beach.
  • Card and PayPal. Pay online, get a ticket number by email.
  • The captain's ride list. Last name, package, paid. Nothing else. He is on a boat.
  • End of day. Staff match the captain's totals against the waivers, so no ticket is missing money.
