What we built

  • Weighted cost per MBF. Checked against his own math over 26+ working calls.
  • Order to truck release. Purchase orders, sales orders, reloads and truck releases in one flow.
  • Customer stock reports. A 90-day lookback, sent as PDFs every weekday.
  • Offer PDFs from the sales order. A sales order makes the offer PDF and the confirmation email to the customer.
  • Sheets first, then the app. Built in Google Sheets, then rebuilt as a web app on the same flow.

What broke and how we fixed it

What broke

His old systems gave cost numbers he could not trust.

How we fixed it

We checked every cost formula against his own math, on the call with him, until cost and profit per MBF matched.
